Banquette

Banquette is a well-developed, traditional mechanism of the "book" type. Today it is one of the most popular mechanisms of transformation. Provides a smooth sleeping surface. The back of the mechanism can be fixed in three positions: "sofa", "bed", "relax" using the patented NSM lock.

The size of the sofa sleeping place is 1850x1890x1400 mm. The maximum thickness of the mattress is 160 mm.
The size of the sofa frame: 620x1850/1890 mm, it is made of 30x20x1.2 mm pipe and has 11 birch slats in slat holders.
The size of the frame for the chair: 620x700/800 mm, it has 4 birch slats in slat holders.
A Forte version with an additional pipe in the center of the frame is available.
A Deluxe version is available. It is made of 30x30x1.2 pipe and has 11 birch slats with a width of 63 mm in thrust slat holders.
The banquette is equipped with an NSM lock manufactured under license from Sedac Meral Belgium.
There are 28 sets in a total package.

(Metal mesh instead of traditional slats)

We attach the metal mesh to the frame with hundreds of welds, thanks to this it withstands increased loads.
These mechanisms are ideal for the manufacture of sofas with mattresses based on independent spring blocks.
The mattress lies on a more smooth base, thanks to this, the orthopedic effect is enhanced.
The metal pipe is reinforced with two stiffeners.
The grid is 1634×581 with a cell size of 100×50.
