The major unique and patented highlight of ATC NEXT Z is a system of robust Z-wires and their seats. This enables a designer to build an Accordion with an especially comfortable seat.

• The mechanism consists of 3 sections. The head section is supported by base legs and then three sections are chained by hinges and a unique ATC NEXT lock.
• ATC NEXT lock provides for an increased angle of opening to access to the linen box and a lighter force needed to transform the sofa.
• Z-principle enables a designer to build an Accordion with an especially comfortable seat.
• A reinforced seat frame allows a designer to use thick fillers.
• Aft legs shall never break up anymore. A new shape of a leg and the way it is attached to the frame exclude the probability of failure even when using very heavy fillers like pocket coil mattresses.
• Additional supporting structures had been introduced to support the middle section. As a result the probability of squeaks had been eliminated. Load on hinges had been eliminated too which means that there is no need to service and tighten up their threaded joints. Compared to «classic» ATC design the sleeping surface of ATC NEXT Z is level and even.
• ATC NEXT Z mechanisms are shipped in bulk packages. A package contains 40 kits of ATC NEXT Z 70 or 80 cm wide or 20 kits of ATC NEXT Z 120, 140, 155, 180, 195.
• A version with electrical drive is also available.
