Additional supporting structures had been introduced to support the middle section. As a result the probability of squeaks had been eliminated. Load on hinges had been eliminated too which means that there is no need to service and tighten up their threaded joints. Compared to «classic» ATC design the sleeping surface of ATC NEXT GRID is level and even. ATC NEXT GRID mechanisms are shipped in bulk packages. A package contains 40 kits of ATC NEXT GRID 70 or 80 cm wide or 20 kits of ATC NEXT GRID 120, 140, 155, 180, 195.
